The definition of "Special Ops" is "Military activities conducted by specially designated, organized, trained, and equipped forces using non-traditional techniques" We attach empowering communities through our special O.P.S - Outreach, Programs, & Social Enterprises. We unite with like hearted organizations who are also driven to transform communities. We recruit staff and volunteers and equip them to effect change.
